PSD files are layered Adobe Photoshop source files. With PSD files, you are able to make changes to the banners yourself, provided you have Adobe Photoshop installed and some basic photoshop knowledge.

Generally customers would purchase a PSD file if they want to be able to edit the banners themselves or by their webmaster later.
